Accessibility
Can everyone actually use it? We test against WCAG 2.2 AA with real assistive technology (screen readers and keyboard navigation), not just an automated checker. The aim is simple: disabled, older and less digitally confident visitors aren't quietly locked out.
Security
Is the front door actually locked? Hosting, certificates, dependencies, plugins, admin accounts, and the everyday habits that train people into unsafe behaviour. Small organisations rarely get attacked by someone clever; something boring goes unattended for too long. We find those gaps first.
Findability
Can the people interested in you actually find you? How you show up in search, be it traditional or AI, and to the wider web: site structure, metadata, the signals search engines and screen readers both rely on and content that lands the right person on the right page.
Performance
Does it load before people give up? Speed, page weight and stability on the modest phones and patchy connections your users actually use, not a designer's fibre line. Slow pages cost you and the people you're trying to reach.
